A private URL, not a build
Pick a corpus, name the Space, and it is live. Readers get the documents plus an Ask box grounded in that corpus. Every answer cites source text so a reader can check the claim.
VOXELL SPACES // FOR TEAMS WITH A CORPUS
You already have the documents. Spaces turns them into a private, hosted site the people you invite can read, search, and ask questions of. No front end to build. No app to deploy.

THE PROBLEM
A training manual, a policy library, a product corpus, a due-diligence room. The content is written and the retrieval is solved. What remains is a web app: auth, hosting, a reader, search, an answer UI, rate limits, and a way to share it without publishing it to the world.
That is weeks of work that has nothing to do with your knowledge. Spaces is that work, already done.
WHAT A SPACE IS
Everything a real knowledge deployment needs, without another application to maintain.
Pick a corpus, name the Space, and it is live. Readers get the documents plus an Ask box grounded in that corpus. Every answer cites source text so a reader can check the claim.
Share by signed link, or put the Space behind an access allowlist so only named people get in. It fails closed: no link, no answer.
Every Ask is metered against a budget you set. An enthusiastic reader or a scraper cannot turn your knowledge base into a surprise invoice.
For training and certification material, a Space can serve practice questions drawn from the corpus and score them. Publish knowledge, then prove it landed.
A Space rides Voxell's MTEB-leading embeddings and the Answers pipeline. Questions are answered from your documents, not from a model's memory of the internet.
Your corpus stays live as long as your Space is active - we can't host the site without the site. Free Spaces are purged after 90 days of no activity; keep it active and nothing is cleared. Reader questions are the exception: not training data, not stored as customer text. Delete the Space and the door closes.
USE IT WHEN
Course material people study against, with practice questions scored from the same corpus.
Product documentation your customers can interrogate, without exposing it publicly.
A document set shared by signed link, answerable, and revocable when the process closes.
The answer people actually need, instead of the wiki search that never finds it.
BEFORE ANYONE ASKS A QUESTION
A Space is only as good as the corpus inside it. VQS scores that corpus on its own terms — no question, no answer key — and gives you a per-document score that names the documents dragging it down, measured on the same engine that answers your readers. So when someone asks "can we trust this," you have a number, not a promise. See how corpus scoring works →
