WHAT YOU GET
HOW THE LIMITS WORK
The free plan is not a trial: every feature and every API endpoint is live on Turbo, nothing is a stub or a locked preview. What's different from a paid plan is throughput — Turbo's rate limits are sized for evaluation and small projects, so under real load you will reach them quickly. Precision is where Pro and Ultra come in, along with more storage and higher limits; Singularity raises the ceiling further.
When you do, nothing breaks and nothing bills. Requests pause, your balance and limits are visible in the dash and in API response headers, and you choose: wait for the reset, pick a plan, or top up.
WHAT “EPHEMERAL” MEANS
Free storage is real storage, but it is not permanent. A corpus with no reads or writes for 90 days is considered dormant and is cleared. You get an email warning before that happens, and any activity on the corpus resets the clock.
Upgrading to any paid plan ends ephemerality. Your corpus, Spaces, and settings carry over exactly as they are; nothing is re-ingested and nothing is lost.

Precision is the next step: agentic answers, all models at working limits, 5 GB of durable storage, unlimited Spaces. Singularity raises limits up to 20x and includes white label on your own domain.
